Here are some of the movies I’ve watched lately, and my ratings of them. I watch quite a few movies, but I’m pretty bad about updating my website, so we’ll see how it goes.

    This is definitely a western movie. They didn't try to make it modern, it was exactly what it was supposed to be, and I liked it.

    Funny movie. Lots of great dialog. Good mix between a crime movie and comedy.

    A truly sad story of cognitive dissonance. Good recreation of a true story.

    This movie shows some of the things about war that you don't see on TV or News. It shows how it can affect people and their families, and one person's story about how he tries to leave, but it commissioned for another tour.

    I was expecting a bit more from this, but overall, it was definitely and Indiana Jones style movie.

    Even though this is a "chick flick", I really liked this movie. It reminds me a lot about me growing up, not just as a kid, but as a person. I can relate to the movie a lot.

    I like these types of movies, a lot of action, twists and turns, and a somewhat unexpected ending. Good movie.

    It's a somewhat odd movie split into parts, but I never really put all the parts together in the end. Maybe I'll have to watch it again to understand.

    I think this movie was a bit over-hyped. The self-shot camera format was a bit dizzy-ing. Entertaining, but not great.

    A spin on a classic gangster type movie, but Russian gangsters in London, with a guy who gets stuck in between doing what's right and wrong. Good movie.

    I really liked this movie. Lots of situational comedy, mixed in with twists and turns in an overall interesting story.

    It was practically all musical, which is really not my style. Besides that, it was a good story, and that's about it. I'm not a gloomy fan, which is Tim Burton's style.
